Caliph Wheat
La variedad Califa es un trigo blando de primavera que destaca por un elevado rendimiento y gran resistencia al frio. Su tallo es de moderado crecimiento, pero presenta una espiga de mayor tamaño que el resto de trigos.
La harina elaborada con trigo califa conserva el germen, la parte más nutritiva del cereal. A su vez, presenta menos contenido en gluten que otros cereales, lo que lo hace más digestivo.
